Prosthetic & Orthotic Solutions is committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services. This commitment extends to your overall experience, including the financial portion of your visit. We will do our best to help you understand your insurance plan and alert you to any portion that will be your responsibility. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial plans. We make every effort to research your insurance benefits extensively prior to delivery and assist you with the authorization process. Insurance companies require supporting documentation for authorization or clinical review. We will provide you with the details to request from your doctor to obtain this supporting documentation.

Because Insurance companies do not guarantee coverage, we encourage you to reach out to your health insurance carrier in addition to our research. We are happy to provide you with the codes that will be used to submit your claim.

If we anticipate that you will owe a balance after your insurance pays, we may ask to be paid prior to fabrication or upon delivery. With commercial plans, there is usually a deductible and a percentage that the patient owes as a co-insurance. We will work with you by offering payment plans as needed. If you wish to discuss options, please speak with one of our staff members to make arrangements.

We accept the following methods of payment; Cash, Check, ACH, Money Order, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept CareCredit at this time.
